Applicants must have a minimum of e5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing at least one or two projects through their complete lifecycle.

- Qualification: B.E Civil Engineering
- Total Experience Level: 25 – 30 Years
- Additional Requirements: Min. 5 years as Project Director in GCC
2. Construction Director
- Qualification: B.E Civil Engineering
- Total Experience Level: 22 – 25 Years
- Additional Requirements: Min. 5 years as Construction Director in GCC
3. Project Manager
- Qualification: B.E Civil Engineering
- Total Experience Level: 20 – 25 Years
- Additional Requirements: Min. 5 years as Project Manager in GCC
4. Contracts Manager
- Qualification: B.E Civil Engineering / QS
- Total Experience Level: 15 – 20 Years
- Additional Requirements: MRICS preferred Min. 5 years as Contracts Manager / Administrator in GCC
