- Experience: 25+ years of total experience in similar infrastructure projects, including at least 10+ years as a Lead Project Manager executing long-span major bridges, flyovers and ROB projects
- Additional Requirement: Experience in creek bridge execution and the well sinking method
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute and deliver projects according to time, cost and quality parameters; lead and manage project teams, stakeholders and contractors; ensure safety, compliance and progress of major structures; handle site, technical and commercial aspects of the project.
2. Structure – DGM/AGM/Sr. Manager
- Experience: 15+ years in similar infrastructure projects
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Key Responsibilities: Oversee structural design and construction; ensure quality, safety and timely execution of structures; coordinate with design, site and other functional teams.
3. Planning Head
- Experience: 15+ years of experience in Primavera, P6 and MSP
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Key Responsibilities: Prepare and monitor project schedules; track progress, resources and critical paths; coordinate with site and project teams for timely completion.
4. QS
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in client billing and subcontractor billing
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Key Responsibilities: Prepare and verify client and subcontractor bills; manage quantity, cost and measurement; ensure accuracy and timely submission of bills.
5. Lead Admin
- Experience: 15+ years of experience in handling end-to-end project administration
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Key Responsibilities: Manage project administration and documentation; coordinate with internal and external stakeholders; ensure smooth workflow and compliance with company policies.
