1. Project / Site Head
- Experience: 25+ years
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
- Responsibilities: Proven leadership experience in Thermal, Hydro, Pumped Storage Projects, Cement, Coal, Copper, mining, metals and industrial projects. Lead the full project lifecycle from erection and commissioning to handover, with governance and stakeholder-management capability and strong EPC/PMC exposure.
2. Discipline Heads – Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / I&C
- Experience: 18–24 years
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or I&C Engineering
- Responsibilities: Construction leadership experience in Civil – foundations, TG decks, Boiler structures and water-conductor systems; Mechanical – reservoir and underground tunnels, BTG auxiliaries, ESP, hydro-mechanical packages, HVAC, penstocks, gates and bulkheads; Electrical/I&C – generators, transformers, switchyards, DCS, PLC and system interfaces.
3. Site Construction / Commissioning Managers
- Experience: 12–25 years
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or I&C Engineering
- Responsibilities: Experience in end-to-end execution, pre-commissioning, testing, contractor management, quality and safety across BTG/BOP, Hydro structures, underground powerhouses, reservoirs, tunnels, clinker and cement silos, including specialized concrete structures, reinforcement details and construction methodologies for silo structures, intake-water systems, pipelines, railways, townships and hospitals.
4. Site / Assistant Site Construction Engineers
- Experience: 3–11 years
- Education: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or I&C Engineering
- Responsibilities: Execution, contractor supervision, quality, safety and engineering compliance. Civil – foundations, RCC works for dams, reservoirs, D-wall, tunnels and underground structures, silo foundations, slip-forming, concrete pours, fly ash works, buildings, colonies, utilities and structural works. Mechanical – piping and steel structure fabrication/erection, penstocks, gates, hydraulic systems, powerhouse, coal-handling plants, HVAC, boilers, turbine-generators, furnaces, kilns, wagon tipplers, raw mills, vertical roller mills, packing plants, truck-loading systems and conveyors. Electrical/I&C – cables, panels, GIS/AIS, switchgear, auxiliary motors, relays, substations, transmission lines, power distribution and electrical installations.
5. Planning Engineer / Manager / Lead
- Experience: 4–24 years
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in any Engineering Discipline and/or MBA/PG in Construction Management
- Responsibilities: Expertise in scheduling, project controls, cost monitoring, MIS and reporting using Primavera P6.
6. Fire & Safety Engineer / Manager / Lead
- Experience: 4–24 years
- Education: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in any Engineering Discipline
- Responsibilities: A recognised safety qualification (ADIS/PDS), driving EHS implementation, statutory compliance, audits, incident investigations and site-safety systems.
7. Quality Assurance & Control Engineer / Manager / Lead
- Experience: 4–24 years
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Responsibilities: Experience in QA/QC processes and procedures, method statements, inspections, audits, Non-Conformance Report Management, compliance and NDT activities.
8. Quantity Surveyor / Billing Manager
- Experience: 5–15 years
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Responsibilities: Prepare BOQs and bills, verify quantities and costs, coordinate with contractors, and manage invoices and payment certification.
9. Contracts & Claims Manager / Lead
- Experience: 12–24 years
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in any Engineering Discipline
- Responsibilities: Manage contract administration, change orders, claims, commercial correspondence and dispute resolution across the project lifecycle.
10. Site Survey Engineer
- Experience: 4–15 years
- Education: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Responsibilities: Perform topographical surveys, route and alignment verification, setting-out, contour mapping and survey-data management.
11. Material Controller / Stores
- Experience: 5–12 years
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate
- Responsibilities: Experience in inventory, logistics, warehousing, material planning, reconciliation and stock control.
