Key Responsibilities
- Supervision of day-to-day civil construction activities at site.
- Ensuring work execution as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitoring manpower, subcontractors, and resource planning.
- Ensuring adherence to safety standards and site protocols.
- Checking and maintaining quality of materials and workmanship.
- Coordination with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensuring timely completion of tasks as per project schedule.
- Reading and interpreting drawings and resolving site-level issues.
- Reporting daily progress and maintaining site records.
- Monitoring works like concreting, finishing, reinforcement, shuttering, etc.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred)
- Experience: 5–15 years in construction / infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction practices and site execution.
- Experience in large industrial, EPC, or infrastructure projects preferred.
- Good team handling and coordination skills.
