Vacancy Overview

Available Positions
1. Officer / Sr. Officer (Accounts)
- Education: Minimum B.Com; additional qualification in Finance & Accounts preferred
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in Accounts in Civil Construction Company, preferably into Project Site
- Location: Tripura/Assam
Job Description
- Petty Cash Management of Project
- Bill checking & booking in SAP
- Maintain Bank Book & Cash Book in SAP & BRS
- Ledger Scrutiny, account reconciliation and creditors ageing analysis etc.
- Monitor & ensure applicable statutory recoveries from subcontractors, suppliers, service providers bills
- GST input mismatch reconciliation and its resolution by coordination with suppliers / creditors / inter department etc
- Audit related work etc.
2. Deputy Manager / Sr. Engineer / Engineer (Planning)
- Education: B. Tech Civil / Diploma Civil
- Location: Eastern Region
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain project schedules using Primavera/MS Project.
- Monitor progress against baseline and identify delays and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with site teams, architects, consultants and subcontractors.
- Prepare look-ahead plans, resource histograms and cash flow projections.
- Track and report key project milestones, productivity and progress.
- Support contract management through time impact analysis and extension of time claims.
- Prepare regular MIS reports for internal and client review.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality and contractual requirements.
