1. Contracts Engineer – Mumbai Metro Line
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 7–10 Years
- Location: Mumbai Metro Line
2. Contracts Engineer – Bhivpuri Pump Storage Project
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 5–8 Years
- Location: Bhivpuri Pump Storage Project
Key Responsibilities
- Contract administration and client correspondence management
- Claims, variations, and EOT management
- Drafting and review of contracts, subcontracts, and change orders
- Monitoring project progress and identifying contractual deviations
- Assessment of cost and time impacts arising from scope changes
- Review of measurements, invoices, and payment certifications
- Support in dispute resolution and commercial matters
- MIS reporting and monthly progress reporting
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in Contracts and Claims Management for heavy civil infrastructure projects such as Metro, Railways, Tunnels, Bridges, and EPC Projects.
