QUANTITY SURVEYORS

CIVIL ENGINEERS

Location: Medchal, Hyderabad
REQUIREMENTS:
- B.E / B.Tech (Civil) / Diploma (Civil)
- 7-15 Years of experience in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering in real estate / construction projects
- Strong knowledge of estimation, costing, tendering and contracts
- Proficiency in Excel and relevant QS / Civil software
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Industrial or Infra experience will be an advantage
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare BOQ, quality take-off and cost estimates
- Vendor rate analysis and cost benchmarking
- Billing, certification and cost control
- Monitoring variation, claims and Subcontractor payments
- Ensure accuracy in quantities and adherence to project budgets
- Coordination with project, planning and procurement teams
