1. Planning Manager – Mechanical

Key Responsibilities
Planning & Scheduling
- Develop and maintain project schedules (L1 to L4) covering engineering, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning activities.
- Establish project baselines, milestones, critical paths and resource-loaded schedules.
- Analyze and finalize project master schedules based on project requirements.
Schedule Review & Control
- Review contractor schedules and ensure alignment with approved project plans.
- Monitor schedule compliance and identify deviations, bottlenecks and delays.
- Ensure accurate WBS, activity sequencing, dependencies and resource allocation.
Progress Monitoring & Reporting
- Track project progress against approved baselines on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Perform delay analysis and identify schedule risks.
- Prepare progress reports, dashboards and management presentations.
Coordination & Stakeholder Management
- Participate in review meetings with clients, consultants, contractors and project teams.
- Support mitigation and recovery planning for schedule slippages.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution.
Project Controls
- Assist in forecasting project completion dates and resource requirements.
- Maintain look-ahead plans, progress curves, schedule revisions and project control documents.
- Monitor productivity trends and support project performance analysis.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, CPM and project controls.
- Experience in industrial/EPC/PMC projects preferred.
