1. Team Leader – WSS & FIDIC Engineer (KE-1)
- Code: KE-1
- Education: Master’s or above in Civil/Hydraulic/WSS Engineering or related. FIDIC/PM certification an advantage.
- Experience: ≥15 years general (design, construction, supervision, contract management of similar works).
- Additional Experience: ≥10 years on FIDIC contracts. PMP/Senior leadership on 2 FIDIC projects (Red/Yellow/Pink). Red+Yellow experience an advantage. 1 year each.
2. Deputy Team Leader (Local) – WSS Engineer (KE-2)
- Code: KE-2
- Education: University degree (Bachelor’s) in Civil/Hydraulic/WSS Engineering or related.
- Experience: ≥10 years general (design, construction, supervision, contract management).
- Additional Experience: ≥7 years FIDIC. PM/Deputy TL/Resident Engineer on 2 FIDIC projects, ≥1 year each.
3. Contract Management & Claims Specialist (KE-3)
- Code: KE-3
- Education: University degree (Bachelor’s) in Civil Engineering/Construction Management/Quantity Surveying/Law or related. FIDIC/MRICS certification an advantage.
- Experience: ≥10 years general (contract management, supervision, infrastructure delivery).
- Additional Experience: ≥5 years FIDIC. Contract administration & claims on 2 FIDIC projects, ≥1 year each. Yellow Book advantages, claims/variations/disputes experience.
4. Design (Review) Engineer – WSS (KE-4)
- Code: KE-4
- Education: University degree (Bachelor’s) in Civil/Hydraulic/WSS Engineering or related. PE licence an advantage.
- Experience: ≥10 years general (design, design review and/or supervision).
- Additional Experience: ≥5 years FIDIC. Design/design-review of WSS in 2 projects. ≥1 under FIDIC Yellow Book.
5. Quantity Surveyor / Cost Control Engineer (KE-5)
- Code: KE-5
- Education: University degree (Bachelor’s) in Civil Engineering/Construction Management/Quantity Surveying or related. MRICS/QS certification an advantage.
- Experience: ≥10 years general (cost control, QS, contract administration, supervision).
- Additional Experience: ≥5 years FIDIC. BOQ/cost-control/contract administration on 2 FIDIC projects, ≥1 year each.
6. Mechanical Engineer (Pumping Stations & Equipment) (KE-6)
- Code: KE-6
- Education: University degree (Bachelor’s) in Mechanical/Electromechanical Engineering or related.
- Experience: ≥10 years general (installation, supervision and/or commissioning of mechanical systems).
- Additional Experience: ≥5 years FIDIC. Supervision/testing/commissioning of mechanical equipment (pumping stations) in 2 projects, ≥1 year each. FIDIC an advantage.
7. Electrical Engineer (Power Supply & SCADA) (KE-7)
- Code: KE-7
- Education: University degree (Bachelor’s) in Electrical/Automation/Control Systems Engineering or related. PE licence an advantage.
- Experience: ≥10 years general (installation, supervision and/or commissioning of electrical & control systems).
- Additional Experience: ≥5 years FIDIC. Power supply/control/SCADA installation-test-commissioning in 2 projects, ≥1 year each. FIDIC an advantage.
8. Environmental & Social Specialist (including Gender) (KE-8)
- Code: KE-8
- Education: University degree (Bachelor’s) in Environmental Science/Engineering, Social Sciences, Sociology or related. ESHS/OHS safeguards certification an advantage.
- Experience: ≥10 years general (E&S assessment, management and monitoring infrastructure).
- Additional Experience: ≥5 years FIDIC. ESAP/E&S monitoring on 2 projects (≥1 year each), stakeholder engagement, grievance management and gender aspects.
