Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of Solar Power Plant (Ground Mounted)
- Routine inspection of modules, inverters, junction boxes, and electrical panels
- Troubleshooting and rectification of electrical faults
- Ensuring plant availability and performance
- Maintaining logs, reports and compliance as per safety standards
- Supporting preventive and corrective maintenance activities
3. Cluster Engineer – Solar Power Plant

- Qualification: Diploma in Electrical
- Experience: Minimum 2 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of Solar Plant and Cluster (Ground Mounted)
- Overseeing operations and maintenance of multiple solar plants under the cluster
- Ensuring optimum plant performance and energy generation
- Coordinating with vendors, team & stakeholders
- Planning and execution of preventive maintenance
- Monitoring SCADA data & performance reports
- Ensuring compliance with safety & statutory norms
