About the Role
Drive business improvement across M/s KPIL. Design and implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, site productivity, material management, and deliver consistent, measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on strategic initiatives across group companies.
- Work with business teams on:
- Process Improvement
- Site Productivity
- Material Management
- Automation & Mechanisation
- New Technologies
- Ensure seamless implementation across all KPIL businesses.
- Identify opportunities via deep process study, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
- Assess and estimate the business benefits (savings, efficiency) of initiatives.
- Present findings and proposals to senior management.
- Analyze business data for key trends and patterns.
- Create customized tools, reports, and tracking for multiple initiatives.
Key Competencies
- Excellent analytical & diagnostic skills (advanced Excel, other tools).
- Proven ability to interpret data and create impactful Power-Point presentations.
- Familiarity with Gen AI tools and their business applications.
- Sector exposure (Transmission, Railway, Water, Buildings, Heavy Civil) is an advantage.
- Go-getter attitude, strong coordination, and good communication.
