Key Responsibilities
- Understand subcontracting processes, scope definitions, specifications, and commercial terms.
- Manage post-contract subcontracting activities across multiple projects.
- Study project drawings and prepare detailed BOQs.
- Conduct rate analysis for RCC works, finishing works, subcontract activities, and machinery hiring.
- Prepare comparison statements of subcontractor quotations.
- Support contractor evaluation and subcontract finalization.
- Issue LOIs and subcontract work orders.
- Negotiate rates, scope, and commercial terms with subcontractors.
- Verify work orders for scope, rates, terms, and conditions.
- Maintain monthly subcontract work order trackers.
- Update subcontractor databases and performance records.
- Maintain project-wise subcontractor rate and price lists.
- Coordinate with site teams for smooth execution of subcontract works.
- Coordinate with accounts teams for billing, certification, and payment schedules.
