Position:
- Project Coordinator – Building Projects
- Project Controller – Building Projects
Location: Corporate Office – Andheri, Mumbai
Qualification: B.E / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience:
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in Building / Construction Projects
- Experience with a Contracting / Construction Company preferred.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate and monitor multiple building projects
- Track project progress, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with Project teams, Consultants, Contractors and Management.
- Monitor project planning, execution and overall project performance.
- Prepare MIS reports, progress reports and management updates.
- identify project delays risks, and coordination issues and follow up for timely resolution.
- Ensure effective coordination between Corporate Office and Project Sites.
IDEAL CANDIDATES
- A proactive and experienced Civil Engineering professional with strong project coordination, planning, monitoring, reporting and communication skills.
