Designation: Planning Lead – Senior Manager / AGM Planning & QS Department
The tole offers an opportunity to contribute to the execution of critical railway infrastructure works associated with the 2×800 MW Thermal Power Project, with a focus on planning, scheduling monitoring and timely project delivery.
- Location: Anuppur, Madhya pradesh
- Experience: 10+ Years
- Qualification: B.Tech (Civil)
- Tools: Primavera (P6) / MSP & SAP
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead overall planning & scheduling for BOQ-based railway siding projects
- Coordinate with Engineering Construction, Procurement, Commercial & Client teams
- Prepare MIS, progress reports, S-curves, look-ahead plans & dashboards
- Ensure quality reconciliation, client measurements & billing coordination
- Develop & monitor WBS, baseline programmes, resource plans & execution schedules
- Monitor BOQ quantities, progress, productivity & resource development
- Identify critical activities, delays & risks; drive recovery action points plans
- Provide strategic planning inputs to project Head for timely completion.
