Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor Baseline, Monthly, Weekly and Look-Ahead Plans against project milestones.
- Track planned vs. actual progress, flag delays and drive recovery plans.
- Prepare S-Curves, MIS and dashboards for project reviews.
- Coordinate MB, RA Bills, Final & Variation Bills with the Client/Engineer.
- Ensure accurate billing, certification and reconciliation against BOQ.
- Monitor Billing vs. Execution vs. Collection to support revenue realization.
- Coordinate across Construction, Design, QA/QC, Commercial & Finance teams.
- Support claims, EOT & contract compliance while leading the Planning & Billing team.
