Position: Sr. Engineer / Assistant Manager (Planning & Monitoring)
Location: Raichur, Karnataka
Qualification & Experience:
- B.E / B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering with 3-7 years of experience in planning and project monitoring for National Highway, Expressway, Road or Infrastructure Projects. Strong proficiency in Advanced MS Excel and MS Project (MSP) is required.
Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and monitor project schedules using Microsoft Project (MSP) and Advanced Excel
- Develop and track baseline, catch-up and look-ahead plans.
- Monitor project, progress, identify delays, and prepare recovery plans.
- Prepare DRP, WRP, MPR, MIS reports, and project trackers
- Coordinate with site teams, clients, consultants, and Sub-contractors
- Plan and monitor manpower, machinery, materials and procurement.
- Conduct productivity and resource utilization analysis
- Maintain planning documents and ensure timely achievement of project milestones.
