1. Planning & Billing Engineer
- Project: STP Project (220 MLD)
- Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 3–5 Years
- Prepare Contractor/Subcontractor Bills.
- Plan and monitor project execution, quantities, and billing as per scope and schedule.
- Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings, BOQ, and specifications.
- Prepare estimation of civil works including material, labour, and equipment.
- Prepare DPR (Detailed Project Report) related to planning, quantities, and costing.
- Prepare BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) and verify at site.
- Carry out Quantity Surveying (QS) activities for accurate measurement and valuation.
- Reconcile quantities, bills, and payments with site records and accounts.
- Prepare and review measurement sheets, bills, and supporting documents.
- Monitor project progress and coordinate with site, contracts, and finance teams.
- Maintain billing records, MIS reports, and all project documentation.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Planning & Billing for STP, WTP, or infrastructure projects.
- Hands-on experience in Client & Contractor Billing and reconciliation.
- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, estimation tools, and Excel.
- Strong knowledge of DPR, BBS, QS, estimation, and BOQ preparation.
- Attention to detail, analytical ability, and good communication skills.
Preferred
- Candidates with experience in large-scale STP projects.
- Immediate joiners.
