Available Positions
1. BIM COORDINATOR (MEP)
- Qualification:
- B.E Mechanical – 3 Years Experience
- OR Diploma Mechanical – 5 Years Experience
- Experience & Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage BIM models for building projects including fire fighting & plumbing systems
- Technical knowledge in PHE & Fire Fighting systems
- Experience in shop drawings preparation and BOQ extraction
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders for MEP integration
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements
- Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts in BIM models
- Collaborate with project managers for timely deliverables
- Maintain updated knowledge of BIM technologies
2. DESIGN ENGINEER (FIRE PROTECTION & FIRE ALARM)
- Qualification:
- B.E Mechanical – 10 Years
- Certification in Fire Protection / Fire Safety preferred
- Experience & Responsibilities:Fire Protection System Design:
- Design fire hydrant systems, sprinkler systems, deluge, water mist, and foam systems
- Perform hydraulic calculations and pipe sizing
- Design pump rooms, fire water storage tanks, and layouts
Fire Alarm & Detection Systems:
- Design addressable & conventional fire alarm systems
- Work on smoke, heat, and multi-sensor detectors
- Handle PA & Voice Evacuation systems
- Prepare cause & effect matrix and logic diagrams
- Integrate with BMS and building systems
Engineering & Documentation:
- Prepare GA drawings, schematics, risers
- Hydraulic calculation reports and technical specifications
- Develop BOQs with quantity take-offs and rate analysis
Coordination & Review:
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors
- Review shop drawings and vendor submissions
- Provide technical clarifications during tendering and execution
3. DESIGN ENGINEER (PHE)
- Qualification:
- B.E / B.Tech Mechanical / Civil / Environmental
- 10 Years Experience
- Relevant certification in plumbing preferred
- Experience & Responsibilities:Design & Engineering:
- Design water supply systems (domestic & flushing)
- Soil, waste, and rainwater drainage systems
- Perform hydraulic calculations, pipe sizing, and pump selection
- Prepare design drawings, schematics, and layouts
BOQ & Costing:
- Prepare BOQs with quantity take-offs and rate analysis
- Develop technical specifications and tender documents
- Support procurement and vendor evaluation
Project Coordination:
- Coordinate with architects, structural, HVAC, fire protection, and electrical teams
- Review and approve shop drawings and as-built drawings
- Provide technical support during construction and site execution
