- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (LLB Preferred)
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of contracts & tendering (EPC/FIDIC)
- Contract drafting & negotiation skills
- Risk assessment & claim management

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit technical & commercial bids
- Review tender documents, BOQs, and identify risks
- Draft, review, and negotiate EPC/Lump sum contracts
