Available Positions

1. Plant Head / Unit Head

  • Education: B.E.- Mech/M.B.A
  • Experience: 15–25 Years
  • Location: New Plant at Ajman Nagar, Vadodara, Gujarat
  • Key Responsibility: Overall plant operations, production, productivity, quality, cost control, manpower & P&L responsibility.

2. Head – Production (Fabrication)

  • Education: B.E.-Mech with 15 yrs. of Exp. / D.M.E. with 20 Yrs. of Exp.
  • Experience: 15–20 Years
  • Location: New Plant at Ajman Nagar, Vadodara, Gujarat
  • Key Responsibility: Production planning, manufacturing, productivity, capacity utilization & operational excellence.

3. Head – Quality / QA & QC

  • Education: B.E.-Mech. with 15 yrs. of Exp. / D.M.E. with 20 Yrs. of Exp.
  • Experience: 15–20 Years
  • Location: New Plant at Ajman Nagar, Vadodara, Gujarat
  • Key Responsibility: Quality systems, inspection, customer quality, process control & compliance.

4. Head – Maintenance

  • Education: B.E.-Mech/Elec. with 15 yrs. of Exp. / D.M.E/D.E.E. with 20 Yrs. of Exp.
  • Experience: 15–20 Years
  • Location: New Plant at Ajman Nagar, Vadodara, Gujarat
  • Key Responsibility: Plant & machinery maintenance, preventive maintenance, breakdown control & utilities.

5. Head – Galvanising

  • Education: B.E.-Mech. with 15 yrs. of Exp. / D.M.E. with 20 Yrs. of Exp.
  • Experience: 15–20 Years
  • Location: New Plant at Ajman Nagar, Vadodara, Gujarat
  • Key Responsibility: Hot-Dip Galvanising of transmission line towers, lattice structures, steel structures or similar heavy engineering products.

6. Manager/Dy. Manager – HR & Administration

  • Education: MBA/MHRM/PGDM
  • Experience: 15–20 Yrs. of Exp.
  • Location: New Plant at Ajman Nagar, Vadodara, Gujarat
  • Key Responsibility: HR strategy, manpower planning, IR, compliance, administration & employee engagement.

7. Head – Stores & Consumables/Steel

  • Education: DME/MBA/M.COM
  • Experience: 12–15 Years of Exp.
  • Location: New Plant at Ajman Nagar, Vadodara, Gujarat
  • Key Responsibility: Inventory, warehouse, material control, dispatch & logistics management.

8. Head – PPC

  • Education: DME/MBA/M.COM
  • Experience: 12–15 Years of Exp.
  • Location: New Plant at Ajman Nagar, Vadodara, Gujarat
  • Key Responsibility: Overall responsibility for production planning, scheduling, and control.

9. Head – Engineering / Design

  • Education: B.E.-Mech/M.B.A
  • Experience: 15–25 Years of Exp.
  • Location: New Plant at Ajman Nagar, Vadodara, Gujarat
  • Key Responsibility: Transmission tower design, engineering, technical approvals & design coordination.

10. Head – Commercial / Dispatch

  • Education: DME/MBA/M.COM
  • Experience: 12–15 Years of Exp.
  • Location: New Plant at Ajman Nagar, Vadodara, Gujarat
  • Key Responsibility: Lead overall commercial operations, dispatch planning, and execution.
