Project Details

• Project Name:Upgrading of the road from Nrowkia (Sasstown JN) to Barclayville and Nrowkia (Sasstown JN) to Sasstown and part of Nrowkia (Sasstown JN) to Nipleppo Road Project in the Republic of Liberia.

Open Positions

1. Document Controller

• Qualification:
  • Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering
• Experience:
  • 2 Years Experience
  • Proficient in English

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage project documents including drawings, reports, correspondence, and approvals.
• Establish and maintain proper document control systems in hard copy and digital formats.
• Ensure incoming and outgoing documents are logged, tracked, and properly filed.
• Maintain document register with revision tracking and version control.
• Coordinate with departments for document collection and distribution.
• Prepare transmittals, letters, and official correspondence records.
• Create structured data systems using Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
• Develop hyperlink-based document indexes linked with PDF files.
• Handle large datasets using advanced spreadsheet tools.
• Maintain digital document repositories and access control systems.
• Support QS & Planning teams in billing and submission documentation.
• Track submission status and follow-up with concerned teams.
• Ensure proper backup of project data and records.

2. Engineer – Plant & Machinery

• Qualification:
  • B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience:
  • 10 Years Total Experience
  • Fluent in English

Job Responsibilities

• Plan deployment of construction equipment for highway and structure works.
• Ensure availability of excavators, graders, rollers, pavers, batching plants, and transit mixers.
• Coordinate with highway and structure teams for equipment requirements.
• Prepare mobilization and demobilization plans.
• Monitor equipment utilization and productivity.
• Track idle time, breakdowns, and equipment performance.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Maintain records of equipment usage and fuel consumption.
• Manage spare parts inventory and procurement coordination.
• Ensure availability of trained operators.
• Implement equipment safety practices.
• Maintain equipment logbooks and service history.
• Support planning teams with productivity inputs.
• Experience in SAP or ERP systems will be preferred.

3. Engineer QS & Planning

• Qualification:
  • B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Experience:
  • 10 Years Total Experience
  • 5 Years in Similar Structure Works
  • Fluent in English

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare baseline schedules using Primavera/MS Project.
• Develop detailed work programs for highway and structural works.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly progress.
• Prepare recovery plans for delays.
• Prepare dashboards and progress reports.
• Track physical and financial progress.
• Maintain quantity measurements and billing records.
• Perform BOQ reconciliation and quantity tracking.
• Prepare cash flow projections and fund requirements.
• Forecast material requirements and expenditure analysis.
• Maintain stock records and carry-forward planning.
• Track budget vs actual expenditure.

4. Quality Assurance Engineer – QA & QC

• Qualification:
  • B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Experience:
  • 10 Years Total Experience
  • Fluent in English

Job Responsibilities

• Establish and implement QA/QC systems for the project.
• Ensure compliance with AASHTO, MoRTH, IRC standards.
• Prepare Inspection & Test Plans (ITP).
• Monitor highway works quality including earthwork, GSB, and bituminous layers.
• Ensure compliance in reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, and curing works.
• Review material sources and testing reports.
• Conduct inspections and ensure approvals before next activity.
• Maintain quality documentation and audit records.
• Identify NCRs and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with PMC/PIU for inspections and approvals.
• Experience in SAP/ERP systems preferred.

5. Senior Lab Technician

• Qualification:
  • B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Experience:
  • 3–5 Years in Material Testing

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct field and laboratory testing for road and structure works.
• Perform tests for soil, aggregates, GSB, bitumen, and concrete.
• Carry out compaction, density, and moisture content tests.
• Conduct concrete cube preparation and strength testing.
• Maintain testing records and calibration of equipment.
• Coordinate with QA/QC teams and site engineers.
• Report deviations in test results immediately.
• Support preparation of test reports and documentation.

6. Jr. Highway Engineer

• Qualification:
  • B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Experience:
  • 3 Years in Road/Highway Projects

Job Responsibilities

• Execute highway construction activities including earthwork, GSB, DBM, BC works.
• Supervise highway supervisors and execution teams.
• Ensure layer thickness, levels, and compaction quality.
• Coordinate with survey and QA/QC teams.
• Maintain progress reports and measurement records.
• Monitor machinery utilization and material consumption.
• Coordinate with structure teams during execution.
• Ensure safety compliance at site.

7. Officer – Store Head

• Qualification:
  • B.Com / Graduate
• Experience:
  • 5–10 Years Experience
  • Fluent in English

Job Responsibilities

• Manage overall store operations including receipt and issue of materials.
• Maintain inventory control for cement, steel, aggregates, fuel, and spares.
• Verify GRN, challans, invoices, and material documentation.
• Maintain stock registers and inventory tracking systems.
• Coordinate with purchase and site teams.
• Conduct physical stock verification and reconciliation.
• Manage inventory records in SAP/ERP systems.
• Coordinate with accounts and audit teams.

8. Senior Engineer Structure

• Lead structural works including culverts, bridges, and drainage structures.
• Review drawings and BBS before execution.
• Manage structure supervisors and execution teams.
• Monitor reinforcement, concreting, shuttering, and curing activities.
• Plan staging and shuttering reuse cycles.
• Coordinate with QA/QC and survey teams.
• Ensure material, labour, and equipment availability.
• Monitor concreting cycle and execution quality.
• Maintain progress tracking and site coordination.

9. Survey Head

• Qualification:
  • B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage survey activities for highway and structure works.
• Establish control points, benchmarks, and reference coordinates.
• Ensure accurate alignment, levels, and cross-sections.
• Prepare and review quantity computations using survey data.
• Coordinate with QS & Planning teams for billing calculations.
• Operate Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, and RTK systems.
• Handle RTK-based high accuracy surveys.
• Maintain survey records and digital backups.
