Role & Responsibilities
- Inspection of raw materials, fabrication, welding, and painting activities.
- Stage-wise quality inspection as per drawings and standards.
- Dimensional inspection of fabricated structures.
- Welding inspection and coordination for NDT activities.
- Preparation of QC reports, NCRs, and inspection records.
- Final inspection before dispatch.
- Coordination with Production, Design, and Client Inspection teams.
- Ensure compliance with IS / ASTM / AWS standards.
Required Skills
- Knowledge in fabrication preferred.
- Understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T.
- Knowledge of welding inspection and quality standards.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments and inspection tools.
- Basic knowledge of NDT methods.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and quality documentation.
