1. Team Leader cum Senior Highway Engineer
- Experience: 20-25 years in 4/6 – lane Highway Projects
- Qualification: PG in Transportation / Highway / Structural Engg + B.Tech Civil
- Key: 5-10 years as Team Leader (PPP, Design, Construction Supervision, O&M)
2. Resident cum Highway Engineer
- Experience: 15-20 years in 4/6 – lane Highway Projects
- Qualification: PG in Transportation / Highway / Structural / Geotechnical Engg + B.Tech Civil
- Key: 5-15 years as RE / HR / PM (PPP, Construction, Supervision, O&M)
3. Senior Quantity cum Material Expert
- Experience:12-15 years in Highway / Bridge projects
- Qualification: PG in Geotechnical / Soil Mechanic / Foundation Engg + Civil Graduate
- Key: Construction / Supervision of major Highway Projects
4. Bridge / Structural Engineer
- Experience: 12-15 years in Highway / Bridge projects
- Qualification: PG in Structural Engg + Civil Graduate
- Key: Bridge / ROB / Flyovers / Interchanges , modern bridge technology (Precast Segmental, Balanced Contilever, Extradosed, Lounching)
5. Senior Pavement Specialist
- Experience: 12-15 years in Pavement Design / Construction / Maintenance
- Qualification: PG In Transportation / Highway / Pavement Engg + Civil Graduate
- Key: Major Highway Projects PPP mode
6. Planning Engineer
- Experience: 15-20 years in Highway Development projects
- Qualification: PG in Construction / Project Management + Civil Graduate
- Key: Project Manager / Planning Engineer on large, controcts, handling variation orders, EOT and claims
7. Road Safety Expert
- Experience: 12-15 years in Highway / Bridge projects
- Qualification: PG in Traffic / Transportation / Safety Engg + Civil Graduate
- Key: Road Safety Audits (including design stage), hlack-spot improvement, safety Management Plans.
Scope: IE for Development, Construction & O&M | Profile available via Infracon / Skil Brigde
