URC Construction (P) Limited Hiring
1. Senior Level – Civil Tender Manager
- 10+ years of experience in Civil Tendering & Estimation
- Strong expertise in BOQ, Rate Analysis, Costing & Quantity Take-off
- Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD & MSP
- Tender Stage resource planning and Sub-Vendor Coordination
- End-to-end handling of tenders including Technical & Commercial evaluation
- Strong negotiation, leadership & team management skills
2. Middle Level – Civil Tender Engineer
- 7+ years of experience in Civil Tendering & Estimation
- Good knowledge of BOQ, Rate Analysis, Costing & Quantity Take-off
- Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD & MSP
- Tender Stage resource planning and Sub-Vendor Coordination
- Ability to prepare accurate and competitive estimates
- Support in technical & commercial Tendering activities
3. Junior Level – Civil Tender Engineer
- 3+ years of experience in Civil Tendering & Estimation
- Basic knowledge of BOQ, Rate Analysis & Quantity Take-off
- Good Excel skills and eagerness to learn
- Tender Stage resource planning and Sub-Vendor Coordination
- Assist in preparation of estimates and tender documents
- Support in documentation and tender submission
Location: RO, Chennai
Salary: Market Level Attractive salary will be offered based on experience and skills.
