Tata Projects is hiring for the below mentioned Engineering Design Roles for a brownfield semiconductor EPC project located in Mohali, Punjab.

Candidates having experience in EPC/EPCM projects of Solar Manufacturing plants or Semiconductor FAB or OSAT plants can apply.
1. Lead Mechanical Design Engineer (Manager / Sr. Manager)
- Qualification: BE / B.Tech (Mechanical)
- Experience: 10 to 15 Years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Engineering and design of pumps, tanks, blowers, piping and associated systems
- Provide technical expertise on mechanical systems to tendering and procurement team
- Provide quantity estimates during bidding for mechanical systems and services
- Drive value engineering during execution with focus on cost optimization
- Ensure availability of GFC drawings and technical documents
- Coordinate interfaces and ensure proper flow of information
2. Lead Electrical Design Engineer (Manager / Sr. Manager)
- Qualification: BE / B.Tech (Electrical)
- Experience: 10 to 15 Years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee electrical engineering design for large-scale projects
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety standards
- Develop load calculations, protection systems, earthing and lighting plans
- Review and approve design deliverables for LV/MV equipment
- Manage electrical design teams and ensure timely completion
- Prepare technical specifications and evaluate vendor bids
3. Lead HVAC & Clean Room Design Engineer (Manager / Sr. Manager)
- Qualification: BE / B.Tech (Mechanical)
- Experience: 10 to 15 Years
- Location: Mohali, Punjab
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise on HVAC systems
- Engineering and design of HVAC systems in manufacturing facilities
- Handle design, installation and commissioning activities
- Coordinate with other disciplines and guide installation
- Review FAT and SAT and approve materials for installation
4. Engineering Coordinator (AGM / DGM)
- Qualification: BE / B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical)
- Experience: 15+ Years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate between engineering disciplines
- Track deliverables, schedules and progress
- Conduct design review meetings and resolve technical issues
- Prepare engineering reports and project dashboards
- Interface with clients, vendors and subcontractors
5. Lead Process Engineer (Manager / Sr. Manager)
- Qualification: BE / B.Tech (Chemical)
- Experience: 10+ Years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop design basis, PFDs and P&IDs
- Lead process engineering during FEED and detailed engineering
- Equipment sizing and specification for pumps, compressors and heat exchangers
- Review vendor documents and technical bids
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
