▫️PROJECT / SITE HEAD (25+ Years)
- B.E / B.Tech with MBA preferred
- Responsibilities: Experience in the above sector projects. Lead end-to-end execution, governance and stakeholder coordination with strong EPC/PMC exposure and leadership skills
▫️DISCIPLINE HEADS (20 + Years)
- B.E / B.Tech – Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / C&I
- Responsibilities: Extensive experience in construction. Lead execution strategy and discipline teams with strong exposure to BTG, BOP, Transmission, Substation, Steel etc projects.
▫️PLANNING & CONTROLS (2-20+ Years)
- B.E / B.Tech – Civil / Mechanical
- Responsibilities: Strong experience in scheduling, MIS, cost control and reporting using Primavera/MS Project
▫️ENGINEERING / PROCUREMENT COORDINATION (2-15+ Years)
- B.E / B.Tech – Civil / Mechanical
- Responsibilities: Experience in Coordinating in vendors and execution teams with exposure to Procurement lifecycle and strong communication skills
▫️SITE MANAGERS (12-15+ Years)
- BE / B.Tech / Diploma – Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / C&I
- Responsibilities: Experience in managing end-to-end site execution, contractors, quality, and safety with strong leadership skills.
▫️SITE ENGINEERS (5-10 Years)
- B.E / B.Tech / Diploma – Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / C&I
- Responsibilities: Experience in Executing Construction, supervising contractors and ensure quality and safety compliance. Diploma holders with higher experience may be considered
▫️ASSISTANT ENGINEERS (2-5 Years)
- BE / B.Tech / Diploma – Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / C&I
- Responsibilities: Experience in supporting execution, documentation and site activities with a strong learning attitude. Diploma holders with higher experience may be considered
▫️QUALITY AND SAFETY PROFESSIONALS (5-25 Years)
- BE / B.Tech / Diploma – Civil / Mechanical
- Responsibilities: Have handled QA/QC, audits, EHS implementation and compliance with strong regulatory knowledge PDIS or ADIS degree is required for safety requirements. Diploma holders with higher experience may be considered.
▫️SUPPORT FUNCTIONS (5-10 Years)
- Graduate or Postgraduate
- Responsibilities: Experience in HR, Admin, Finance, Stores, Documentation and SAP roles. Candidates should have experience with project/site experience and ERP knowledge
