1. Billing Engineer
- Education: Diploma / BE Civil
- Experience: 5+ years in infrastructure projects (Railway & Bridges)
- Location: Akola, Maharashtra
Roles & Responsibilities
- Preparation and verification of client billing
- Preparation of sub-contractor billing
- Preparation of BOQ and quantity estimations
- Preparation of monthly reconciliation of materials
- Coordination with site and project team
- Maintaining billing records and documentations
- Preparation of work progress reports: weekly, daily and monthly
Required Skills
- Knowledge of BOQ, billing and rate analysis
- Knowledge of software like ERP and SAP
- Knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD
2. Project Manager
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)
- Experience: 12–15 years in infrastructure projects (Railway or Bridges)
- Location: Akola, Maharashtra
Job Summary
Responsible for end-to-end execution of ROB projects, ensuring timely completion within budget, quality standards and safety norms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and monitor project activities from design to commissioning
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and government authorities
- Prepare project schedules, budgets and resource plans
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards and safety regulations
- Manage site progress, resolve technical issues and mitigate risks
- Review drawings and BOQs, and approve contractor bills
- Track project milestones and prepare progress reports
- Ensure adherence to environmental and statutory requirements
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts and project management tools
- Good leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
