Educational Qualification

- Experience: 5+ years of core HR experience in the Highway/Infrastructure industry.
- Strong proficiency in HRIS software and deep knowledge of labour laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Role Focus: End-to-end HR leadership, workforce planning, performance management, and compliance.
- Drive Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead site & corporate hiring for key highway projects.
- HR Strategy & Operations: Develop, implement, and streamline project-level HR policies.
- Compliance & Legal: Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Talent Development: Oversee performance appraisals, employee engagement, and conflict resolution.
