- Experience: 4–5 Years
- Qualification: Graduate/Diploma. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and Powerplay software.
2. Talent Acquisition Lead
- Location: Head Office, Odisha
- No. of Openings: 1
- Experience: 10–12 Years
- Qualification: Postgraduate in HR (MBA/PGDM).
Note: Must have worked in EPC/Construction/NHAI/Railway projects and be familiar with ATS tools like Zoho Recruit, Naukri RMS, HRMS.
3. Manager – QC
- Location: Paradip, Odisha
- No. of Openings: 1
- Experience: 15 Years
- Qualification: B.Tech (Civil). NHAI project experience preferred.
4. Highway Engineer
- Location: Damanjodi – Kakriguma
- No. of Openings: 2
- Experience: 5–8 Years
- Qualification: B.Tech (Civil). Must have knowledge of IRC, MORTH standards, and quantity estimation (BOQ, DPR).
5. Supervisor – Highway

- Experience: 3–5 Years
- Qualification: Minimum 3–5 years in highway construction/maintenance.
