SHC Projects Pvt. Ltd. Hiring
Position: Executive / Senior Engineer
- Department: Quality Assurance & Quality Control
- Experience: 4 to 7 Years
- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Industry: Construction
- Job Location: Project Sites, Gujarat
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor project specific QA/QC plans and quality procedures.
- Conduct site inspections for Structural, Civil and finishing activities.
- Prepare and implement ITPs, FQPs, and Method Statements.
- Ensure compliance with IS codes, project specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor material testing, inspection reports and quality documentation.
- Indentity and resolve non-coformaties (NCRs) and coordinate corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Consultants, Clients and Site Teams.
- Maintain quality records, MIS and audit documention.
Desired Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Civil Construction QA/QC
- Experience in Residential / Commercial Building Projects
- Knowledge of Core & Shell / Finishing Activities
- Hands-on experience in Material Testing & Site Inspections
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, QMS, ITPs & Method Statements
- Strong coordination and documentation skills.
