Available Positions
1. Planning Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of Master Construction Schedule, Resource Planning and tracking.
- Preparation of Site Logistics Plan of Projects.
- Develop a comprehensive project plan/Target schedule, outline the project scope, objectives, deliverables and resource requirements.
- Analyze the gaps between the planned vs actual and highlight the areas needing attention for the action of the project team.
- Prepare/Review Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), Weekly Progress Reports (WPRs) and Monthly Progress Reports (MPRs), Delay Reports (DRs) and Tracking Reports (TRs), Progress tracking and monitoring.
- Prepare/monitoring of Material procurement.
- Estimation/coordination for Formwork requirement.
- Prepare/Review of detailed project documentation on a monthly basis, including look ahead plans, progress reports, change orders, Site organization chart, Drawing Register (Received-Issued), Hindrance Register, Site Instruction Register/Record, Client Correspondence, Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
- Prepare and update of Monthly MIS report.
- Coordinate with other departments on relevant issues relating to the project.
- Preparing critical activity report with remedial measures.
- Project Closure: Oversee the successful completion and closure of the project. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Desired Skills
- Strong knowledge of Construction Planning & Project Scheduling.
- Hands-on experience in building/construction projects.
- Experience in Primavera P6 / MS Project / Excel.
- Good understanding of DPR/WPR/MPR, S-Curve, Progress Tracking and Delay Analysis.
- Knowledge of Material Procurement, Resource Planning & Look-Ahead Planning.
- Good coordination and reporting skills.

Candidates should have actual site planning experience. Please do not consider profiles like MIS Executive / Planning Coordinator / Documentation / Billing for this role.
