Essential Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 18+ years of relevant experience in tendering and estimation within the construction industry.
- Mandatory experience in building construction projects, preferably high-rise residential, commercial, hospital or institutional buildings.
- Proven experience leading tendering and estimation activities for large-scale construction projects.
- Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Estimation & Costing: Lead preparation of accurate cost estimates, BOQs and tender pricing strategies.
- Technical & Commercial Evaluation: Analyse tender documents, technical specifications and commercial terms.
- Risk Assessment & Bid Governance: Identify project risks, assess commercial implications and ensure robust bid governance.
- Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Lead and guide the tendering and estimation team and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Post-Tender Support: Support negotiations, clarifications and transition to project execution.
