1. Head – MEPF Projects
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Experience: 20–25 years of experience in MEPF Contracting/Turnkey Contracting/EPC
- Location: Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh
- Project Experience: Experience in handling ₹250–300 Cr+ projects
- Project Experience: Strong experience in Government projects and Indian project execution
- Expertise: HVAC, HT/LT Electrical, ELV, Fire Fighting, BMS, PHE, STP/WTP & utilities
- Team Management: Experience leading 20–30+ member teams
- Management Skills: Strong commercial, contractual and stakeholder management capabilities
2. Head – Façade
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 15–20+ years in façade engineering, manufacturing, installation & project management
- Location: Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh
- Project Experience: Proven experience independently handling large-scale façade projects
- Technical Experience: Hands-on experience with VMU & PMU planning, testing and approvals
- Project Experience: Experience across high-rise, commercial, mixed-use and institutional projects
- Operations: Strong exposure to façade manufacturing/assembly operations
- Leadership: Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage consultants, contractors, vendors and client stakeholders
- Project Knowledge: Strong understanding of planning, procurement, quality, safety and project delivery
3. Project Manager
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 20–25 years of experience with reputed contracting organisations
- Location: Hyderabad
- Expertise: Strong expertise in project execution, contract & commercial management
- Project Experience: Experience handling high-value MEPF General Contract / Design & Build projects
- Management: Proven ability to manage cost, timelines, quality, HSE and profitability
- Preferred Experience: Experience in high-rise and commercial projects preferred
- Management Skills: Strong client, vendor, subcontractor and team management skills
- Other Skills: Excellent communication, technical and multitasking abilities
4. DGM / AGM – Project Head
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 20–25 years of experience in large-scale building/EPC projects
- Location: Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh
- Project Experience: Experience with projects of 2 million+ sq. ft. / ₹800 Cr+
- Mandatory Experience: Structural steel fabrication & erection (8,000 MT+) and composite steel construction
- Project Experience: Experience in 30+ floor high-rise projects and specialised formwork
- Management Skills: Strong project planning, commercial and contract management skills
- Preferred Experience: Government liaison / large EPC experience preferred
- Language: Fluency in Telugu is desirable
