Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager / Deputy Project Manager to lead building construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in managing end-to-end project execution, ensuring quality, timelines, and cost efficiency while maintaining proficiency.

Location: Eastern Region
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 20 to 30 years in Civil Construction Contracting Organizations.
- Candidates from civil construction contracting Company are preferred.
- Qualification: B.Tech (Civil) / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Proven experience as Project Manager / Deputy Project Manager for high-rise building projects.
- Strong knowledge of project financials, cash flow management, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage High-Rise building construction projects from planning to completion
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Monitor project profitability with strong focus on Profit & Loss management.
- Prepare and track project cash flow, cost planning, and financial projections.
- Coordinate with Internal teams, consultants, contractors and clients.
- Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive resource planning, risk management and project reporting.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle multiple project challenges effectively
- Immediate Joiners Wil be given preference
