- Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of running account bills (RA Bills) & final bills as per contract terms.
- Measurement & verification of quantities from drawings, BOQ & site records.
- Rate analysis, BOQ preparation & cost estimation.
- Coordination with site team for measurement, progress & certification.
- Preparation of variation statements, extra items & claims.
- Client/Subcontractor billing, reconciliation & follow-up for payments.
- Maintaining billing records, documents & supporting data in proper order.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms, specifications & company procedures.
- Requirements:
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 3–8 years of experience in Billing in Building / Metro / Bullet Train Projects.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, Estimation, RA Bills, Final Bills & Measurement.
- Proficiency in MS Excel & Billing software.
- Good communication & coordination skills.
