Key Responsibilities
- Manpower planning & mobilization as per project requirements.
- Labour/workmen management and daily workforce coordination.
- Coordinate with labour contractors/vendors for manpower deployment.
- Monitor manpower availability, attendance and deployment.
- Maintain daily/weekly manpower reports and MIS.
- Coordinate with site/project teams for resource requirements and shortages.
- Support labour recruitment, sourcing and mobilization activities.
- Track labour productivity and workforce utilization.
- Ensure proper labour documentation and records are maintained.
- Coordinate for labour compliance and statutory requirements.
- Handle contractor coordination, follow-ups and workforce-related issues.
- Prepare and share manpower status reports with management.
