We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Billing Engineer to join our team. Thus role involves Critical oversight of tender analysis and project execution documentation.

✅Position: Civil – Senior Billing Engineer
- Experience: 5 to 7 years
- Qualification: B.Tech Civil, M.Tech Civil, BE Civil, ME Civil
- Positions: 02 No’s
- Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
✅Key Responsibilities:
📍Tender & Analysis of Rates
- Document Preparation: Prepration of Tender, Approval of estimate and fully conversation related tender disputed items.
- Market Analysis: Getting proper and comparative materials & labour rates from local geniune vendors & suppliers.
📍Execution Agreement (Checking & Initation)
- Compliance: Works requisition letter duly endorsed by competent offical.
- Estimation: Detail estimate, typed bill of quantity as per approved tender / Rate Analysis duly signed.
- Documentation: Site plan, Draiwngs, any other Required document like analysis of rate, quotation price list etc.
- Resource Management: Managing project resources to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Billing Cycles: Generating RA Bills on allotted dates with reference to progress of project.
- Comprehensive Billing: Generate all RA Bills in universal formats for all sites with attaching: Covering letter, Duly checked measurements sheets, Abstract sheet & Invoices, Supporting documents (JMR, completed work statement along with stages, Delay statement etc.)
