Designation: Site HR & Executive
- Experience Required: 5+ Years
- Location: Gujarat
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage site administration & daily operations
- Manage manpower, labor & attendance
- Oversee mess, camp & accommodation facilities
- Handle employee/labor grievance effectively
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Site HR & Admin (Road & Highway Infrastructure sector Preferred)
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Experience in handling labor management & union relation
- Willing to be based at project sites in Gujarat
