- Lead and manage HSE functions across assigned infrastructure projects
- Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and company policies
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and safety inspections
- Develop and deliver safety training programs for site personnel
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
- Prepare regular HSE performance reports for management
Key Requirements
- Minimum 15 to 20 years of HSE experience with proven expertise in Hydel projects
- In-depth knowledge of BOCW Act, Factories Act, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards
- Strong understanding of statutory safety requirements and best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
- Must be available to join immediately
