Job Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, BOQs and cost estimates for high-rise residential projects.
- Analyse drawings, specifications and project documents to ensure accurate measurements and calculations.
- Monitor material usage, wastage and cost control throughout the project.
- Track and report project progress, variations and deviations in quantities and costs.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects and MEP teams for data and clarifications.
- Maintain records, reports and prepare measurement sheets as per project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and site protocols.
