Available Positions

1. Manager Design Coordinator (MEPF & ELV)

• Experience: 12–18 Years
• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Electrical & Mechanical
• Desired Candidate Profile:
  • MEPF design engineering, design coordination and project execution experience.
  • Strong experience in EPC/PMC organisations with exposure to both design engineering and actual site execution.
  • Good understanding of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and ELV systems.
  • Proven capability in managing clients, architects, consultants, vendors and execution associates.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit/BIM and MS Office.

2. Manager

• Experience: 12–18 Years
• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Electrical & Mechanical
• Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Strong technical knowledge across all MEP disciplines, from conceptual design to commissioning.
  • Hands-on experience in design coordination, procurement and site execution of mechanical, electrical (HT/LT), HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, security and access control systems.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project planning, scheduling and execution.
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and vendors.
  • Prior experience in MEP design and design review.

3. SME – ELV

• Experience: 10–15 Years
• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Instrumentation/Electrical Engineering
• Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Design of BMS, Chiller Plant Automation, Fire Detection, PA, Telecom and Security Systems, Access Control System, WLD, Rodent and VESDA systems for Data Center and Industrial Projects.
  • Ensure clash-free coordination of ELV systems with Electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting and Civil disciplines.
  • Review ELV drawings, technical specifications, BOQs and shop drawings.
  • Prepare BMS IO summaries, sequence of operations for various systems, and cause-and-effect matrix for Fire Alarm Systems.
  • Supervise and ensure execution of installation, testing and commissioning of FAS and PA System, CCTV System, Access Control and Gate Automation System, IT and Wi-Fi Network, ANPR System, Audio Visual System and Building Management System.
  • Knowledge of conceptual designing for CCTV, Access Control, WLD, Rodent and VESDA systems as per standards.

4. Senior Engineer

• Experience: 6–9 Years
• Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Electrical & Mechanical
• Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Complete knowledge and experience in dealing with large high-side and low-side Electrical and Mechanical works, ELV, HVAC, Firefighting, DG Set, Plumbing, Security Systems, BMS, Civil and Interior Fit-Out works.
  • Responsible for end-to-end MEP services, including Electrical, HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing, ACS, CCTV, BMS, UPS and IT passive infrastructure works in Commercial, Residential (High Rise), Infrastructure, Industrial and Data Centre projects, including maintenance and planning.
