Key Responsibilities
- Hydrological Data: Capture normal water levels, high flood levels (HFL), stream cross-sections and scour depth.
- Geotechnical & Sub-Soil Investigations: Conduct borings and test pits to determine foundation requirements, such as well or pile foundations.
- Quality & Risk Control: Use questionnaires, non-destructive testing (NDT) and deformation monitoring to track project risks and contractor performance.
- Condition & Rehabilitation Surveys: Assess older or distressed bridges using established inventory and inspection guidelines.
