Key Responsibilities
- Overall management of open cast coal mining operations.
- Ensure compliance with the Mines Act, applicable mining regulations, and DGMS requirements.
- Manage production, safety, manpower and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with mine management, statutory authorities and the client.
- Monitor coal production targets, equipment utilization and operational costs.
- Ensure statutory compliance, safety standards and implementation of approved mining plans.
