1. Engineer / Senior Engineer – Highway Maintenance
- Education: B.Tech (Civil) / Diploma in Civil
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in Highway Maintenance

Key Responsibilities
- NHAI & MoRTH Compliance: Handle all official contractual correspondence, project tracking reports and standard compliance documents under NHAI and MoRTH standards.
- Site Management: Oversee routine, periodic and emergency maintenance operations on active highway stretches to ensure optimal traffic flow and pavement durability.
- Technical Reporting: Use engineering software and computer systems to prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports (DPR/WPR/MPR) for corporate review.
- Defect Rectification: Identify pavement distress, including potholes, ruts and cracks, and execute timely correction programmes while managing site vendors and subcontractors.
