1. HR Manager (Coal Mines)
- Experience: 15 Years
- Industry: Coal Mines
- Key Focus: Coal Mines Compliance
- Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws, statutory requirements and coal mine regulations.
- Manage HR operations, employee relations, audits and welfare activities.
- Coordinate with management, government agencies and contractors.
2. Time Keeper
- Vacancies: 4
- Qualification: Graduate / 12th Pass
- Experience: Relevant experience preferred
- Industry: Coal Mines
- Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain attendance and duty roster.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and HR.
- Keep daily, weekly and monthly attendance records.
- Ensure biometric and manual records are updated.
3. Mechanical Sr. Engineer / Engineer (HEMM – Coal Mines)
- Experience: Must
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical)
- Skills: SAP Knowledge
- Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage HEMM (Heavy Earth Moving Machinery).
- Ensure optimum performance and availability of equipment.
- Plan preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Coordinate with OEMs, vendors and mining operations.
4. Mechanical Supervisor / Garage Supervisor (Coal Mines)
- Experience: Relevant experience
- Qualification: Diploma / ITI / Graduate (Mechanical)
- Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the maintenance team and workshop operations.
- Ensure proper servicing and repair of mining machinery.
- Manage tools, spares and consumables.
- Maintain safety and discipline in the garage/workshop.
5. MIS Executive (Mechanical)
- Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)
- Experience: Relevant experience
- Skills: SAP / Advance Excel
- Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare MIS reports on equipment, maintenance and fleet.
- Update data in SAP and other systems.
- Analyse data using Advance Excel.
- Support management with accurate and timely information.
