🔹 Qualification
- Diploma or B.Tech (BE) in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
🔹 Experience
- 03 to 06 years of proven experience
- Experience in large-scale infrastructure projects such as Metros or Railways is required
📍Key Responsibilities
- Managing Quantity Surveying (QS) and billing activities
- Ensuring effective cost control, resource planning, and timely billing
- Monitoring billing against project milestones
- Handling cost analysis, negotiations, and risk management
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
📍Notice Period
- Maximum: 30 days
- Preferred: 15 days
