- Experience: 8 to 10 years (High-rise finishing)
2. Finishing Engineer
- Qualification: Degree / Diploma
- Experience: 4-5 / 7-8 years (residential finishing)
3. Structure Foreman
- Experience: 8 to 10 years (high-rise structures)
4. Structure Engineer
- Qualification: Degree / Diploma
- Experience: 4-5 / 7-8 years (Structural work)
5. Manager – Contracts (MEP) & Electrical / Mechanical
- Qualification: B.E/B.Tech – Electrical/Mechanical
- Experience: 7-8 years (MEP contracts & design)
6. Manager / Engineer – Billing & QS
- Qualification: Degree
- Experience: 7-8 years (Billing & QS) – AutoCAD & ERP mandatory
