1. Surveyor (2 Positions)
- Experience: 3–8 Years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land and site surveys using Total Station/GPS
- Prepare survey reports, layouts and drawings
- Ensure accuracy in leveling, alignment and measurements
- Coordinate with site engineers and execution team
- Maintain survey records and documentation
- Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering
- Hands-on experience with survey instruments
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and surveying software
2. Sr. Executive – HR & Admin (2 Positions)
- Experience: 4–8 Years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Manage payroll coordination and attendance
- Maintain employee records and compliance
- Handle site administration and vendor coordination
- Support employee engagement activities
- Requirements:
- MBA/PGDM in HR
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor laws
- Good communication and coordination skills
3. AGM – Plant & Machinery (P&M) (1 Position)
- Experience: 12–18 Years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage deployment and maintenance of machinery
- Ensure equipment availability and utilization
- Monitor breakdowns and preventive maintenance
- Control costs and optimize equipment efficiency
- Lead P&M team across project sites
- Requirements:
- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in construction equipment management
- Strong leadership and planning skills
4. Store Executive (3 Positions)
- Experience: 2–6 Years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain stock records and inventory control
- Handle inward and outward material entries
- Coordinate with procurement and site team
- Ensure proper storage and documentation
- Conduct periodic stock audits
- Requirements:
- Graduate/Diploma
- Experience in construction site store management
- Knowledge of SAP MM Module preferred
