Available Positions
1. Senior Engineer – Erection & Stringing
- Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical / Civil Engineering or relevant discipline
- Experience: 3–10 years of relevant experience in Transmission Line Erection & Stringing
- Location: Madhya Pradesh
- Immediate Joining: Will be an added advantage
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise and execute transmission line erection and stringing activities as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
- Supervise tower erection, conductor stringing, earth wire/OPGW stringing, sagging and tensioning activities.
- Ensure erection and stringing works are carried out as per approved method statements, quality standards and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with Project Manager, Site In-charge, Survey, Civil, QA/QC and Safety teams for smooth execution.
- Monitor manpower, machinery, tools and material requirements for daily site activities.
- Check tower erection, bolt tightening, tower verticality and completion of punch points.
- Verify sag and tension as per approved sag-tension charts and project specifications.
- Maintain daily progress reports and coordinate with planning team for project milestones.
- Identify and resolve site constraints and technical execution issues.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, work permits and safe working practices, especially during work at height and crossings.
- Coordinate with local authorities for road, railway, river, HT/LT line and other utility crossings.
- Support inspections, testing, documentation and handing-over activities.
Candidate Profile
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical / Civil Engineering or relevant discipline
- Relevant Experience: 3–10 years of relevant experience in Transmission Line Erection & Stringing.
- Strong hands-on experience in 220kV / 400kV / 765kV Transmission Line Projects will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of tower erection, conductor/earth wire/OPGW stringing, sagging and tensioning.
- Experience in handling puller, tensioner and stringing equipment.
- Willingness to work at project sites across Madhya Pradesh.
