- Education: Graduate in Architecture / Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 20 years of Project / Construction Management experience in the construction of Residential buildings/ Row Houses/ Residential gated communities/ commercial buildings/ Airport infrastructure/ Railway infrastructure/ Hospital infrastructure/ Industrial Buildings

- Education: Graduate in Civil Engineering, preferably with masters in Environmental engineering; Masters degree in social sciences or labour management or related fields
- Experience: 10 years involving experience in work zone safety assessments/ Masters degree in social sciences or labour management or related fields with relevant 5 years experience
